I purchased my boat back in 2018, the sales experience was outstanding, however the service department is the best I’ve ever experienced. They have always taken their time with me, always follow up, they have been friendly and professional.

Rude as hell, the staff must have been stressed out or something. Delivered a product THEY ordered and the staff unloading me were rude and grumpy, other staff were condescending and acted like me being there was inconvenient to them. Overall unprofessional. Would not come back to do business here or buy from them after the interaction with their staff.

Do not take your atv to get fixed here. We dropped our canam defender limited for a cracked belt box and a shredded belt. Once they took it in we got a call stating the belt box was not cracked and they fixed the belt. We went to go pick it up and the belt box was very much cracked right on the top by the first bolt you break loose. We left it again and asked them to do a service while we waited on the new box to come in and missed our ride. After 8 days they called and said the box was in and everything had been fixed. When we arrived to pick it up the second time there was still rubber all over the engine and engine bay. They stripped the bolts they put back on the new box because they used an impact wrench on the belt box bolts and voided my canam warranty. The fluids had not been filled yet again. We left it yet again with the agreement we need a new box that they destroy and they would fill fluids and grease everything. After waiting all day they called and told us everything was fixed except the box because they needed to order a new one. They told us to go on our vacation to West Virginia and they would fix everything after we got back. Once we got it home we noticed the pin to the bed shock was missing and the shock was shoved under the frame of the atv. We called back and they tried to tell us it was gone from the first day. However it was not cause nick couldn’t get the bed to even go down the first time and made a comment about the beds shocks. After reminding nick he said that he told us he would just fix the pin. Now that we have rode our side by side they charged to fix our breaks and our breaks are rubbing metal to metal and straight squealing every time you press them. Yes they told me to come back for a fourth time and they would fix all the issues they broke over a broken belt. We don’t fell they are fixing anything everytime they touch it our side by side get worse and more things get broken. The mechanics suck and if he has been at it for 40 years y’all have a bigger issues. All in all after $1460 to fix a broken belt box and belt and service the machine we got nothing done but more items broken and nothing fixed. I really hope canam gets our message and really looks in to this company and do better. Our machine isn’t even a year old and at its first service you ruined it. I will be calling brp today to speak with the manager of the company today. Please run people they are not professional and the service manager lady tries to make it your fault as hard as she can. However you kept my machine for four weeks and when we finally picked it up to go on vacation it was destroyed. We didn’t even see it after we dropped it off to you with two things wrong now I have a list. If brp won’t get involved my lawyer I have on retainer is ready to jump and get my money back so a real mechanic can fix my atv.

They had our Ranger UTV that we purchased from them years ago almost a month even though we scheduled an appointment well in advance. Sent it home claiming it was fixed and it clearly wasn't. They just kept throwing parts we didn't need on it to try and fix the problem. Charged us to open and reseal the belt case even though they already in there to replace the clutch that didn't need replacing. $3k+ now and they think they've found the problem. EDIT: Changed my review from three stars 2 Stars. I called as directed below and was told that I shouldn't be a "keyboard cowboy" and that I should have called. I did call and asked to speak with a service manager and expressed my concern about paying for a clutch that wasn't needed and didn't fix the problem. The service manager wouldn't do anything about it. The service manager was nice enough to take a little bit of labor off the bill because they didn't test drive the vehicle in reverse before they sent it back to me and didn't realize that they didn't fix the problem. I'm not sure how many times they expected me to call and express my concern in order to not be a keyboard cowboy.

Brought my 2018 seadoo rxtx 300 in (3) consecutive times for an overheating issue. Was told 3 separate “solutions” each time and each time i got back on the water i was stranded and needed tows back. After pouring a pretty hefty amount of money into it for these “solutions” I was left incredibly frustrated. I decided to go to another business located on 501 and the issue was found the same day (blown head gasket) long winded way of saying, any one who was actually taking the time to look over the motor would have noticed that serious of a problem, especially 3 separate goes at it. Everyone is very nice and respectful, bur after leaving my ski there 3 times in a month (and paying each time) with that massive of an oversight i won’t be back for any type of services/repairs.

We were looking for a new boat and leaning toward a Carolina Skiff. We visited our local dealer to get pricing and compared it with dealers within a few hours travel. Sportsman's Choice was one of two dealers offering the lowest price and Jason, our Salesman, made the decision to go with them easy. When I found a flaw in the finish, Jason arranged for it to be repaired. We were concerned how it might look but the work was done so well we couldn't tell it had been refinished. The rest of the boat preparation was excellent as well. We can't recommend Sportsman's Choice and Jason enough.

Bad mechanics. When we pointed out what they broke the service managers only question to nick was did they leave with it. She didn’t realize I was in the corner of the lobby waiting on her
